For those of you who have been supporting ASR and watching the site grow these past few months, we have some great news. Last week Jackie Wong of the WestEnder contacted us to be featured in the lower mainland newspaper. We were interviewed, and even had a photoshoot at Granville Island. We’re on the pg. 16 of the printed paper, and a link to the online version can be found here.
We’d like to personally thank Jackie for seeing the potential and significance of such a site, giving us the opportunity to gain more readers and reviewers, and generally helping expose the site to a broader audience. Also, a shout out to Doug Shanks for making us all look our best for what will probably be the last time we ever make it into a paper.
We’ve been growing steadily for the last 6 months, and this is a good indication of the strides we’ve made. The three of us have been fairly busy, finalizing our final semesters at our respective schools, but Art School Revews is a commitment that we’ve made, and we’ll continue pushing the site forward.
